Many people seem to be unaware of where the responsibility for delivering all of the services we receive. In addition there appears to be some misunderstanding as the how to report a problem or make a complaint.
The Parish Council website has a page which tries to remove the mystery of where our services come from. The current page will remain valid until MAY 2023 when Somerset becomes controlled by The Somerset Unitary Council and all of the District Councils and Somerset County Council will be disbanded.
Currently both South Somerset District Council and Somerset County Council have websites where people can get make contact to find out what the service is supposed to deliver, report an issue or make a complaint about a service they are responsible for.
