Somerset Council have issued a document related to the major storm which will hit the South West overnight. Storm Ciaren is expected to bring both high winds and heavy rainfall to Somerset and the South West overnight and through tomorrow.
The main concern is for heavy flooding and travel problems with some possible damage to property. They have issued a briefing which contains lots of useful advice and helpful contact details which may be needed if residents experience problems
