The Manor Farm application for a housing development at the site in Templecombe was rejected by SSDC and is now the subject of an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate by the developer. The appeal will take the form of a public enquiry at a future date. The Parish Council has submitted comments to SSDC for use in the appeal hearing confirming its objections to the development.
