The Parish Council has written to Vistry (the Developer intending to build 140 houses on the Bowden Road site) offering them an opportunity to hold a meeting in Templecombe. This offer was made to enable them to present to the Community how this project will benefit our Village and at least allow them to begin to follow the early consultation process as per the National Planning Policy Framework.
Vistry have declined our offer and will continue to liaise with the Statutory Consultees and the Case Officer dealing with the application.
