“People are struggling with the cost of living. Many are facing a nightmare they never thought they’d experience. With costs for food, housing and energy bills sky high, families are struggling to make ends meet. It’s stressful, isolating and frightening. These increased costs affect us all, but for those in vulnerable situations they can be catastrophic. Every day we’re seeing people who need emergency support, people relying on food banks, and people who simply can’t afford to make ends meet.” (CAB Somerset)
The Parish Council have decided to give a £500 donation to CAB so they can carry on their vital work.
