Although the principle of the right to build unto 70 Houses on the Slades Hill site is approved there were several matters not considered in the Outline Application. Keir Homes have now submitted a Reserved Matters Application for the development which is under consideration by SSDC. The development will be known as Knights Meadow.
The Abbas and Templecombe Parish Council is of the opinion that significant changes to the application plan should be made in order to improve the outcome for the Village. The Parish Council comments have been sent to SSDC but can be dowloaded using the link below
